Submission calendar: e-Social
The companies are legally required to start submitting the e-Social effectively from the following dates:
– From January 1st, 2018 for employers and taxpayers with revenues of more than R$ 78,000,000 in 2016, and
– From July 1st, 2018 for all other cases.
There is no need to declare events related to workers’ health and safety (SST) within six months after the start date of the e-Social program.
By July 1st, 2017 a restricted production environment must be available to employers and taxpayers aiming to improve and test the new system.
A favorable simplified treatment should be granted, exceptionally, to micro and small companies, individual micro-entrepreneurs with employees, especially insured parties and small rural producers, to be defined by specific documents in accordance with the calendar above.
